Training program terminated

My Fit Brides training program has come to an end. It's a bummer because I can see progress. But upon looking at my finances, I realized that I just can't afford the trainer. One hundred dollars a week, two times a week, amounts to $800 a month, which is not in my budget.

I told the trainer last night, via e-mail, after our workout session. (I was too wimpy to do it in person.)

I am sticking with WW, but the question is, what am I going to do now for exercise. I have to come up with something in addition to walking.

Try going to www.womenshealthmag.com they give some great ideas. I used many of their tips and suggestions when I wanted to get into shape. I stopped eating dessert (only twice a week now) and eliminated soda and lost five pounds fast. Working out five times a week also helped me. I did a combination of running and walking to keep my body guessing. Don't stop strength training. Muscle burns fat so the more of it you have the more you will burn!
