Today's wedding news: Wedding web style

Last month an interesting -- and less costly -- way to wed came online -- a wedding Webcast.

Guests who can't make it to the wedding destination can log on and see all the action from their own computer, anywhere in the world. With prices starting at $899, couples can invite as many people as they want for no extra charge.

Although Live Vows is only available in parts of Florida, it shows an innovative way to wed.

The price includes a two-hour ceremony -- so no party coverage -- and will be available for viewership for 30 days after the big event.

Upgrades can give you e-mail invitations, a virtual guestbook, gift registry links, the ability to greet guests online after the ceremony, and the Webcast archive can be extended for as long as a year. [NewsHerald.com]
